Returns Policy

When it come to buying from we always try to work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the buy.  If you are not happy with the purchase then you can return after 14 days (excluding underwear) and we will refund you all except the delivery charge.

We work hard to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied but if a problem arises we will do our best to help solve the problem.  If for some reason you are not happy or the item does not fit and you wish to return then contact us for refund.

Customers are fully entitled to return the goods within 14 days from delivery date provided the goods are in the original state, not personalised, undamaged and in original packing. However please be aware that we are a business to business site and the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to us. In the case you are not happy with the item or not satisfied then we do accept customer returns and our 14 day returns policy actually exceeds the 7 working days specified in the UK regulations.

If we have made a mistake in packing or the item was been miss described or item is damaged then we will refund n full plus the original delivery charge and return postage. At times customers do not like the item for any reason and just want to return then we will not refund the return postage. In order to process your return as fast as possible please submit the form for return.

We do request customers that any items sent back to us they should have a proof of postage to help you track any items should they go missing in the post. However please be aware that if the clothing or any item we sell are personalised, printed or embroidered then we cannot take returns so its important customers check all plain/blank garments or white t shirts etc received and highlight any issues before they print or customise the order.

TAX CHARGES on orders within uk

Where appropriate, VAT at 20% is included in our prices. Kids white t shirts and other kids clothing are exempt from VAT and is consequently not charged. Please note if you are buying any item from outside the U.K., you are responsible for paying any import duties required by the destination country. We take orders from EU and will not charge VAT if you have a valid VAT number
